Six of our most popular single-origins, small-batch roasted and roast-dated, come in convenient 2 oz. packs. Every coffee here is grown at elevation in volcanic loam, clay mineral, or Nitisol soil, and processed with care, whether pulped natural, fully washed, or natural and dried on raised beds. That level of detail is what sets single-origin apart from a mystery blend.

Brazil Santos | Medium Roast
Elegant and smooth, with inviting cocoa notes. Grown by Fazenda Santa Barbara, São Francisco, and Santo Antônio, using Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties at 750-1,050 meters in volcanic loam. Pulped natural and sun dried.

Colombia | Medium Roast
Lively, with dried orange, berry, and chocolate. Grown by smallholder farmers near Medellín at 1,300-1,500 meters in volcanic loam. Fully washed and dried in solar dryers that protect the coffee from rain.

Costa Rica | Medium Roast
Smooth and naturally sweet, with apple, raisin, and honey. Grown by micro farms in Alajuela at 1,300-1,445 meters in volcanic loam. Eco-pulped and sun dried.

Ethiopia | Medium-Light Roast
Milk chocolate, fruity, and caramel notes. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone, using indigenous heirloom cultivars at 1,700-1,900 meters. Fully natural processed, hand sorted, and dried on raised beds.

Honduras | Medium-Dark Roast
Bold and comforting, with caramel, spice, and brown sugar. Grown by 1,500 grower-members of Café Organics Marcala at 1,300-1,700 meters in clay mineral soil. Fully washed and sun dried.

Tanzania | Medium-Light Roast
Bright and aromatic, with pear, floral, jasmine, and strawberry. Grown by small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya area at 1,200-1,900 meters. Fully washed and dried on raised beds.
