Grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in Piura, Amazonas, Peru. Featuring Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties, these beans are grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in clay mineral soil. Gully washed and sun dried.

Mexico Single Origin

Roast: Medium

Tasting Profile: Chocolate, cinnamon, green apple

Grown by coffee growers from Chiapas and Oaxaca using Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties. Cultivated at 900–1,000 meters in clay mineral soil and fully washed and sun dried.

Bali Single Origin

Roast: Medium-Dark

Tasting Profile: Dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar

Grown by smallholder farmers in Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia. Featuring Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties grown at 1,200–1,600 meters in volcanic loam. The beans are hand picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds.
