Brazil Santos

Roast: Medium

An elegant, smooth cup with inviting cocoa notes. Grown by Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, Santo Antonio, using Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties. From Parana and Sao Paulo, Brazil, at 750–1,050 meters in volcanic loam. Pulped natural and sun dried.

Colombia

Roast: Medium

A lively cup featuring dried orange, berry, and chocolate. Grown by smallholder farmers from Medellin using Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties. Grown at 1,300–1,500 meters in volcanic loam and fully washed before being dried in solar dryers to protect the coffee from rain.

Costa Rica

Roast: Medium

Smooth and naturally sweet with notes of apple, raisin, and honey. Grown by micro farms in Alajuela using Caturra and Catuai varieties. Cultivated at 1,300–1,445 meters in volcanic loam, then eco-pulped and dried in the sun.

Ethiopia

Roast: Medium-Light

A flavorful cup with milk chocolate, fruity, and caramel notes. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone using indigenous heirloom cultivars. These coffees grow at 1,700–1,900 meters in Nitisol soil and are fully natural processed, hand sorted, and dried on raised beds.

Honduras

Roast: Medium-Dark

Bold and comforting with caramel, spice, and brown sugar notes. Grown by 1,500 grower-members from Cafe Organics Marcala using Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties. From Marcala, La Paz, at 1,300–1,700 meters in clay mineral soil. Fully washed and sun dried.

Tanzania

Roast: Medium-Light

Bright and aromatic with tasting notes of pear, floral, jasmine, and strawberry. Grown by small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya area using Bourbon and Kent varieties. Cultivated at 1,200–1,900 meters in clay mineral soil, fully washed, and dried on raised beds.
