Produced by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, these beans are grown at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils. A blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties adds depth and complexity, while the coffee is gully washed and sun dried to help preserve its clean, expressive profile.
