Our Papua New Guinea Coffee comes from the rugged highlands of Chimbu Province, where small agricultural cooperatives grow Bourbon and Typica coffee at around 1,350 meters above sea level. With volcanic loam beneath the trees and a traditional washed process, this coffee captures the bright, clean character of the region.

Roasted medium, the cup rolls in smooth with notes of caramel and honey, followed by a touch of ripe fruit. It’s balanced and approachable, with a naturally sweet finish that makes it easy to enjoy from the first cup of the morning to the last pour of the day.

Fully washed and sun-dried, this coffee keeps things clean and crisp while letting its natural sweetness shine.
