Smooth, bold, and ready for wherever the day takes you.

Our Nicaragua Coffee comes from the highlands of Molino Norte, Matagalpa, where smallholder farmers cultivate coffee between 900 and 1,590 meters above sea level. Grown in mineral-rich clay soils, this coffee brings together the rich character of Central America with a bright, lively edge.

Roasted medium, the cup strikes a sweet balance between depth and brightness. Expect notes of cocoa, delicate florals, and citrus, creating a smooth, approachable profile with enough character to keep things interesting.

After harvest, the coffee is fully washed and fermented for 12–14 hours, then carefully dried on patios and raised beds. The result is a clean, balanced cup that lets the natural sweetness and regional character come through.

It’s the kind of coffee that belongs in a well-worn mug—whether you're heading out before sunrise, kicking back on the porch, or taking the long way home.
