A smooth ride from the highlands of Mexico.

Raised in the rugged highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico, this medium roast is made for early mornings, long roads, and wherever the trail leads next.

Expect a balanced cup with rich chocolate, warm cinnamon, and a crisp touch of green apple. Smooth and approachable, with just enough brightness to wake up the camp before the sun clears the ridge.

Our coffee comes from dedicated coffee growers across Chiapas and Oaxaca, where Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties grow at 900–1,000 meters in mineral-rich clay soils.

Each bean is fully washed and sun dried, giving the cup a clean, vibrant character that lets the coffee’s natural flavors come through.

No shortcuts. No fancy trails. Just good coffee, grown right and roasted with purpose.
