Bold coffee for long days and open country.
Grown high in the mountains of Marcala, La Paz, Honduras, this medium-dark roast is built with the same grit as the people who grow it. Sourced from 1,500 growers and members of Café Organics Marcala, every batch carries the character of the Honduran highlands.
The cup opens with rich caramel and brown sugar, followed by a warm touch of spice that lingers like a campfire after sundown. Bold without being rough around the edges, this is a coffee made for blacktop roads, dusty trails, and mornings that start before daylight.
The beans are cultivated at 1,300–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, using a blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties. After harvest, the coffee is fully washed and sun dried, bringing a clean, balanced finish to this deep and satisfying roast.
