Smooth as a sunset. Bold enough for the trail.
High in the volcanic hills of Antigua, Guatemala, smallholder farmers tend their coffee among rich volcanic soils and cool mountain air. This medium roast brings the spirit of the high country straight to your cup.
The first sip delivers deep dark chocolate, followed by bright fruit and a smooth finish of butterscotch. Balanced and full of character, it’s the kind of coffee that fits just as well beside a morning campfire as it does at the kitchen table before a long day on the range.
Crafted from classic Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica varieties, these beans are grown at elevations of 1,200–1,616 meters in mineral-rich volcanic loam. After harvest, the coffee is fully washed and sun dried, giving the cup a clean finish and letting its natural character shine.
