Wild-grown character. Smooth-riding flavor.
High in the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia, where rugged mountain country meets generations of coffee-growing tradition, smallholder farmers cultivate this distinctive coffee at 1,700–1,900 meters above sea level.
Roasted medium-light, this coffee rides easy on the palate with notes of smooth milk chocolate, ripe fruit, and sweet caramel. Bright and naturally sweet with a mellow finish, it’s a cup that brings a little high-country sunshine to every morning.
Grown from indigenous heirloom cultivars in rich Nitisol soils, the coffee is crafted with patience from harvest to drying. The cherries are fully natural processed, hand sorted, and carefully dried on raised beds, allowing the beans to develop their vibrant fruit character and natural sweetness.
This is coffee with a frontier spirit—untamed in origin, carefully crafted, and ready for the long ride ahead.
