Cowboy Blend Latte

Ingredients:
- 1 shot (1 oz) of espresso or 2 oz strong brewed Cowboy Blend Coffee
- 8 oz whole milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup (optional, for a slightly smoky sweetness)
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional, for a rustic touch)
Instructions:
Brew the Coffee:
- Pull a shot of espresso using Cowboy Blend beans, or brew a strong coffee concentrate with 2 oz of Cowboy Blend coffee.
Steam the Milk:
- Heat milk until hot but not boiling (~150°F / 65°C).
- Froth the milk with a steam wand or hand frother until creamy and foamy.
Sweeten (Optional):
- Stir in brown sugar or maple syrup for a touch of rustic sweetness.
Combine:
- Pour the espresso or strong coffee into your mug.
- Gently add the frothed milk on top, holding back the foam with a spoon.
- Spoon the foam on top for a creamy finish.
Garnish (Optional):
- Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder to evoke a “dusty trail” aroma.
